PURCHASE OF VALVE TURNING TRAILER

 The Village of Chagrin Falls, Ohio is requesting proposals for the purchase of a water valve turning trailer (“trailer”).  Proposals shall be submitted by 12:00 Noon on the Friday, September 29, 2023, in sealed envelopes addressed to the "Chief Administrative Officer, Chagrin Falls Village Hall, 21 West Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022," and shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with “Proposal for the Purchase of a Water Valve Turning Trailer” and shall bear the name of the vendor submitting the proposal.  The full RFP is available at RFP---Purchase-of-a-Water-Valve-Turning-Trailer-PDF (chagrin-falls.org). 

TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PROPOSAL FORMS 
SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PROPOSAL.

Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened.  Proposals may not be withdrawn at any time.  Upon opening of the proposals, the contents of all proposals will be made public for the information of all vendors and other interested parties who may inquire.
