Project Advisory

October 31, 2023

On Thursday, October 30, 2023, Cuyahoga County held the bid opening for the North Main Street Bridge Rehabilitation project in the Village of Chagrin Falls.  One (1) bid was submitted, and the County will now analyze the bid to ensure that it meets requirements.  If the bid is found acceptable, a contract for the project could then be awarded by mid-December.  Construction on the project would start sometime in early 2024 and continue until the anticipated completion date of November 2025.

The Village will be working closely with the County in the coming months to identify key project variables and information to communicate to the community.  This will be a significant project in the Village, and extra efforts will be made to help navigate the challenges through the project duration.  Further public information and details on this project will be provided when known.
