Council Committees

Council Committees consist of (3) three council members established to review policy and examine issues in greater depth and detail with the purpose of making recommendations to council for consideration. Committees do not take binding action on behalf of the Village.

Administration & Compensation Committee

Make recommendations to Council on staffing, policy and procedures, benefits and salaries.

Facilities & Services Committee

Make recommendations to Council on issues related to Village owned facilities and services offered by the Village.

Finance Committee

Routinely review Village finances to determine and report financial health to Council and makes recommendations on the budget and other financial matters.

Facilities & Services Committee

Make recommendations to Council on issues related to Village owned facilities and services offered by the Village.

Safety Committee

Make recommendations to Council on issues concerning the safety forces including the police and fire departments, traffic control, pedestrian safety, and other safety related issues.

Streets & Sidewalks Committee

Make recommendations to Council on items related to our streets and sidewalks and needed repairs.

Utilities Committee

Make recommendations to Council about our water service and sewer systems.
