Administration
Village Administration is comprised of the Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, Finance Director and various support staff. The Administration implements public policy and administers the government establishment.

The Building and Zoning Department works closely with residents and contractors to ensure safety, compliance and quality standards are met.

Cemetery
Evergreen Hill Cemetery is maintained and operated by the Village with the Cemetery Sexton working with families for all pre-planning and immediate needs.

The Finance Department is responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Fire
The Chagrin Valley Fire Department (“Suburban Department”) was founded in 1897 and provides lifesaving services the communities of Bentleyville, Chagrin Falls Village, Chagrin Falls Township, Hunting Valley, Moreland Hills and South Russell.

The Chagrin Falls Police Department is a Public Safety Agency whose members are committed to providing the community with a sense of safety and well being.

Streets + Service
The Streets and Service Department are responsible for a variety of quality public services to maintain the community and assist residents through all seasons of the year; they maintain village property, roads, infrastructure, etc. in a timely and professional manner.

The Utilities Department provides water and sewer services to customers.
