Mayor Thomas Brick formed the Sears-Adams House 1844 Ad-Hoc Committee November 2011 to address residents’ concern over a demolition application for this historic structure at 115 E. Summit Street in the Falls Walk Development.
The mission of the Committee is to explore realistic options for the preservation and future use of this historically significant property. To this end, the Committee, Village officials, citizens and Falls Walk developers are working together.
The Committee reports to the Mayor and holds bi-weekly meetings in the Village Hall that are open to all.
