RECORDS RETENTION COMMISSION
October 18, 2010

Members present:    Mayor Brick, David Bloom, Steve Byron

The meeting was called to order at 9:45 a.m. by Chairman Thomas Brick.

Mr. Brick made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 9, 2010 meeting, Steve Byron seconded.  All voted in favor.

Mr. Bloom informed the Commission that the Village’s RC-2 Schedule had been returned by the Ohio Historic Society as “incorrect”.  The OHS ruled that the phrase “no RC-3 required” had been applied to non-transient records.  Steve Byron said Schedule RC-2 would be corrected. 

Move by Mayor Brick, seconded by David Bloom to resubmit a corrected Schedule RC-2.  All voted in favor.

Mr. Bloom informed the Commission that the Village’s Schedule RC-1 had been approved. 

Moved by Mayor Brick to complete the one-time disposal process by filing Form RC-3.  Seconded by Steve Byron.  All voted in favor.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
