The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Janis Evans.

STREETLIGHT SHADES

Ordinance No. 2009-55 was discussed and reviewed. Moved by Mr. Subel, seconded by Mrs. Lutz that we approve the streetlight shades at 25 Bellview Street and 35 Carriage Stone Drive. Carried. Ayes: Evans, Lutz, Subel. Nays: None.

SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL GRANT

Kathryn Garvey presented the information to the Committee and requested that Council apply for a Safe Routes Federal Grant before the November 2, 2009 deadline.

After discussion, Mrs. Evans said this will be reviewed further.

The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
