The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Janna Lutz.

DOG ORDINANCE - ANIMAL CRUELTY

Bobbie Wheeler, 4 Church Street, along with audience members explained the suggested amendments to the ordinance regarding the tethering of dogs.

Moved by Mrs. Evans, seconded by Mrs. Lutz that we accept the presentation by Mrs. Wheeler and Dr. Clark in regards to amending our code to accommodate the needs of the proper treatment of companion animals in Chagrin Falls and setting a standard that other communities will hopefully follow. The motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
