The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Nancy Rogoff.

The minutes of the meeting held September 21, 2009 were approved.

Mrs. Rogoff said this was discussed at their last meeting. There were no additional comments. Moved by Mr. Houston, seconded by Mr. Jacobs to approve it and send it to Council. Carried. Ayes: Rogoff, Lange, Baker, Houston, Jacobs. Nays: None.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES - CHAPTER 1109.05

This was reviewed and discussed. Comments were heard and suggestions were made. No action was taken.

DESIGN REVIEW - CHAPTER 1199 (Now being called Chapter 1115)

Draft #8 dated October 19, 2009 was reviewed and discussed. Comments were heard and suggestions were made. No action was taken.

CURB CUTS

There was discussion; no action was taken.
