The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chairman Steven Patton.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN REVIEW

The 2009-2013 Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan was reviewed and discussed in detail, including the authorized projects, the proposed projects, the water reserve capital improvement, and the sewer reserve capital improvement.

2010 COUNTY TAX BUDGET

The Committee, along with Mr. Bloom, discussed and reviewed this as outlined in Resolution 2009-28, Exhibit “A”.

AMBULANCE BILLING

The Committee, along with Mr. Bloom, discussed and reviewed the specifics of the proposed contract.

The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
