The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Steven Patton.

EVENT FUNDING AGREEMENT

Mr. Himes explained the specifics of the agreement with the Chagrin Falls Business and Community Partnership and the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce for the promotion of special events.

Moved by Mr. Patton, seconded by Mr. Milko to recommend to Council the adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried unanimously.

CURB CUT APPROVALS

Mr. Himes explained that this is to modify Section 1307.14 of the Codified Ordinances to authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to approve curb cuts rather than brining each and everyone of the requests to Council for approval.

Moved by Mr. Patton, seconded by Mr. Milko that we recommend to Council the passing of the curb cut modification that gives the Chief Administrative Officer the authority to grant the curb cuts. The motion carried unanimously.
