The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Susan White, acting Chairman.

The Trustees are still hoping to get on a Facilities and Services Committee meeting agenda to discuss this.

MISCELLANEOUS

Mr. Snedeker mentioned that the cemetery looked really good for the Memorial Day weekend.

The next meeting, regularly scheduled for July 8, 2009, will convene at Evergreen Hill Cemetery at 9:30 a.m.

The meeting adjourned at 9:53 a.m.
