BOARD OF CEMETERY TRUSTEES
February 10, 2010

Members present: Trace, Hecker, White
Also present: Arnold, Bloom, Buddenhagen, Snedeker

The meeting was called to order by Larry Trace.

ORGANIZATION

Moved by Mrs. White, seconded by Mr. Hecker to nominate Mr. Trace to serve as Chairman of the Board of Cemetery Trustees for the year 2010. The motion carried unanimously.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Moved by Mrs. White, seconded by Mr. Hecker that the minutes of the meeting held January 13, 2010 be approved. The motion carried unanimously.

MAUSOLEUMS

The Board discussed the possibility of selling mausoleums. Each one would take up, approximately, the equivalent ground space of three grave sites. If this turns out to be feasible, they would have to amend the Rules, Regulations, & Procedures to allow mausoleums. Mr. Arnold was asked to get detailed information from Hudson regarding their mausoleums. The Board also discussed with Mr. Bloom the necessity for funds to be set aside for future maintenance issues. Mr. Bloom explained how a Cemetery Bequest Sub-Fund would work. It was agreed that the cost of a mausoleum would be the same for residents and non-residents.

The meeting adjourned at 10:13 a.m.
