The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Richard Subel.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE OPTIONS

Allan Schinagle discussed some of the options that this Village has as it prepares for the renewal of the employee health care contract on Mach 1, 2010. He explained how OME-RESA (a health care pool) works and listed the pros and cons of joining such a self-insured pool. The committee requested that Mr. Schinagle get a quote from OME-RESA to see if any savings on premiums were available.

The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
