The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Richard Subel.

LAW DIRECTOR’S COMPENSATION

The Committee discussed and reviewed specifics for a new contract for the Law Director and his firm Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn, particularly the hourly rate and the level of the retainer.

Moved by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Milko to approve the contract upon final review that will be checked for the changes discussed, the date change and the total retainer change. Assuming those are the only two changes, that we submit that to Council for final approval. Mr. Byron asked, so, is that a recommendation to Council? Mr. Williams said yes. Carried. Ayes: Williams, Milko. Nays: Subel.

The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
