A. Legislative Docket: Disposition of legislation, including any public hearings on
legislation.
1. Ordinance No. 2010-34 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to submit a
Transportation Enhancement Program Funds Application, with the Northeast
Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency, for the North Street Brick Road
Improvement Project; authorizing the Mayor to execute all required agreements;
and authorizing the Chief Administrative Officer to perform such acts as may be
necessary to carry out the purpose of the agreements, and declaring an
emergency. New legislation.
2. Ordinance No. 2010-35 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an
easement agreement with the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District, and declaring
an emergency. New legislation.
3. Ordinance No. 2010-36 - An ordinance authorizing the engagement of
Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn Co., L.P.A., for legal services and appropriating and
authorizing the expenditure of funds necessary for such services, and declaring an
emergency. New legislation.
4. Ordinance No. 2010-37 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and the Finance
Director to enter into a depository agreement with First Federal of Lakewood for
active funds and interim deposits, and declaring an emergency. New legislation.
5. Ordinance No. 2010-38 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an
agreement with the Village of Hunting Valley for the provision of fire prevention
and plan review services to the Village of Hunting Valley, and declaring an
emergency. New legislation.
6. Resolution No. 2010-39 - A resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an
application with the Northern Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) for funds
through the Powering Our Communities Program to provide funding for the 2010
Emergency Generator Improvement Project and to take all further actions to
obtain and implement the grant, and declaring an emergency.
B. Administrative Docket: Actions to be taken upon recommendations from the
Board of Zoning Appeals.
