A. Legislative Docket: Disposition of legislation, including any public hearings on legislation.

1. Ordinance No. 2008-43 (Amended) – An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the Village of Chagrin Falls a proposed amendment to the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls to amend certain subsections of Codified Ordinance Section 1139.02, governing permitted uses in a limited industrial district, to provide for mixed use development as a main use in a limited industrial district, and declaring an emergency. First Reading September 8, 2008, Second Reading September 22, 2008, Public Hearing November 10, 2008.

2. Ordinance No. 2008-49 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a development agreement with Paul Seegott, LTD., PSJS, LTD., and Chagrin Falls Development, LLC fka Blake’s Seafood Grille, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with Paul Seegott, LTD, and PSJS, LTD., authorizing the Mayor to execute any further documentation and perform such additional actions as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of the development agreement and the lease agreement, and declaring an emergency. First Reading, October 13, 2008, Second Reading October 27, 2008.

3. Ordinance No. 2008-53 - An ordinance amending sections 509.08, 751-06, and subsection (b) of section1144.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls to regulate unnecessary noise, and repealing certain ordinances and enacting new section 933.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls to regulate the hours of garbage and refuse collection. First Reading October 27, 2008, Public Hearing December 8, 2008.

4. Ordinance No. 2008-54 - An ordinance amending section 931.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Chagrin Falls pertaining to regulations of the Water Department and Water Rates, and declaring an emergency. First Reading October 27, 2008.

5. Ordinance No. 2008-55 - An ordinance authorizing certain improvements to the Chagrin Boulevard Watermain for the benefit of the proposed Meadows Subdivision, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement fixing the terms and conditions thereof, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

6. Ordinance No. 2008-56 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Morton Salt for the purchase of rock salt, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

7. Ordinance No. 2008-57 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to prepare and execute an application for safe routes to school funds for the development of a school travel plan, and declaring an emergency. New Legislation.

1. Administrative Order No. 2008-58 - Final Order of Council and Conclusions of Fact regarding a variance request of Betsy and Paul Seegott for property located at 17 River Street.
